Aereo - Oral Arguments
After listening to the oral argument today (available here), I predict it’ll be a close decision in Aereo’s favor. A decision against them could wreak havoc throughout the cloud computing industry. It would be more appropriate for Congress to modify copyright law. For those that haven’t been following it, the following links should get you up to speed.
