6/25 – Update – SCOTUS rules in favor of Broadcasters 6 to 3.
6/23 – Update – After no decision on Friday, I’m eagerly awaiting the Supreme Court’s decision in ABC, Inc. v. Aereo. Stay tuned for updates and analysis as the day goes on!
6/20 – Update – still no decision. Big Cable lives to fight another day. The Supreme Court may not announce until Wednesday or Thursday.
