Aereo - The Future of Television?
Oral argument is coming up in the case of ABC, Inc. v. Aereo, Inc. Before they can change the future of television, Aereo must take on a host of cable giants in a classic David vs. Goliath style Supreme Court match-up. Just take a look at the long list of amicus briefs in favor of the petitioners here, and you’ll see what I mean.
